Background & Objectives

A community bank was looking to expand its weatlh managment division. Unfortunately, the sales materials were not branded in a manner that would attract the targeted audience. So the objectives were to:

  1. Build a system of marketing materials to support its team of investment and trust and estate officers in their relationship growth and new client acquisition efforts.
  2. Convey the quality, sophistication and global view of its research and advisory capabilities, while also demonstrating the benefits of working with a small, deposit-holder-owned institution and client-focused team.

Result

After truly getting to know their needs and challenges, Jade produced a high-end, flexible portfolio of collateral including a capabilities brochure, a selection of two-page educational overviews, a new divisional brand look, and templates for event invitations and other client communications. These luxe materials are unique to the division, setting it apart from the hometown vibe of the bank’s retail operations, but maintain a clear connection to the bank’s legacy of trustworthiness and customer commitment.


The client was thrilled with the quality of the marketing that aligned with the expectations of the individuals and families that were their target market. Since the introduction of the portfolio, sales have increased 34%.

Background & Objectives

The client had several businesses and was frustrated as previously successful methods of advertising had stopped working. As such, the client wanted to get new customers  and develop a healthy pipeline.


Result

Jade reviewed the businesses and shored up the marketing infrastructure by consolidating three different websites under one URL.


We added an SEO and social media program, and completely revamped messaging for print mailing. The client started booking new customers well past its typical season and had to start taking appointments for the next year. That was over six years ago and they continue to be busy.

 

Background & Objectives

Client had never done any marketing but did not know where to start. The objectives:

  1. Promote the complimentary advisory services of a health insurance broker to grow their client base.
  2. Communicate the benefits and importance of getting expert ongoing guidance for unique health insurance needs, especially with Medicare coverage selection.


Result

The Jade team executed a multi-channel communication and outreach strategy including friendly, but highly instructive digital newsletters, LinkedIn profiles for the business and its partners, targeted client and prospective client emails , referral cards, and local speaking engagements. We also produced a multi-use brochure explaining their outlook and services.


In addition to the several unsolicited compliments on the excellence of the newsletter, the firm had to turn off the “marketing faucet” for a bit to handle the new volume during Medicare enrollment season.

Background & Objectives

The client owned a regional franchise in Connecticut. It was struggling with generic franchise direct marketing and had not done any targeted marketing to existing or past customers in 10 years. The objective was to increase repeat sales. 



Result

Jade developed a segmented customer list based on anniversary purchase dates, geography, and prior purchase data. We set up email marketing software and developed multi-campaign emails to reconnect with existing customers. 


The result was high engagement experienced on the emails that translated to definite uptick in past client sales. Beneficial ROI as email marketing is cost-effective and the new customers

acquisition costs are reduced.

The client was uhappy with the performance of their current marketing program. The company did not feel the money they were paying their existing provider was worth the poor results.


Jade was hired to review the program and recommend alternatives to improve performance. 



Result

Provided recommendations for a revamped website with more personalization and making it more customer-centric. 


We reviewed current digital providers and found one with a more cost-effective solution for the client.


Subsequent reviews with client showed an increase in number of walk-ins as well as those who found them online.
